KF16/25/40 Hermetic Vacuum Circular Flange Connector

The Hermetic Connector is one of the most critical types of connectors in the field of high-reliability hermetic sealing today. It is primarily developed and designed for hermetic sealing and long-term stable connection in harsh environments, and is widely used in applications such as: aerospace vehicles, missile and guidance systems, nuclear industry equipment, deep-sea exploration equipment, oil and gas downhole tools, medical implantable electronic devices, high-temperature sensors, vacuum chamber feedthroughs,  optoelectronic housing packaging, new energy vehicle PTC heaters, and air conditioning refrigeration system pressure seals.

This connector is manufactured using a high-temperature fusion sealing process between glass and a metal housing, forming an integrated hermetic structure. It achieves IP68/IP69K protection ratings  and can withstand extreme conditions such as high temperature (-65°C to +400°C), high pressure (above 100MPa), strong corrosion, radiation, and thermal shock over long periods. Key specifications: insulation resistance ≥5000MΩ (500V DC), dielectric withstand voltage ≥1000V AC, contact materials available in Kovar / Monel / stainless steel (with optional gold or nickel plating). The thermal expansion coefficient of the glass and metal is precisely matched (Kovar/borosilicate glass or sapphire/titanium alloy), ensuring no leakage or loosening even under extreme temperature cycling. It is the preferred solution and industrial high-reliability hermetic sealing applications.
